The Athena School offers education from Pre-Kindy through to Junior High School.
• Pre-Kindy
Provides a nurturing environment to assist 4 – 5 year olds with the transition to their first year of school.
• Kindy – Year 6
These classes develop competency in literacy and numeracy across many subjects. All subjects are taught in alignment with the NSW Board of Studies Syllabus.
• Junior High School
Year 7 – 10 students are encouraged to develop keen research skills and to master an independent, responsible study ethic.
Our class sizes are intentionally small. The teacher/student ratio is kept at or below 1:15 to ensure that students are given individual attention. Our approach is pleasant and friendly, and is designed to allow the students to develop their true potential in an atmosphere of helpful guidance. In all subjects we ensure the student has a purpose for what he is studying. We align their studies with real life situations.
